Disassembly, cleaning and lubrication (where needed), plus a Calibration Certificate. All Calibrations are NIST traceable. These prices are guidelines only. We cannot quote services without seeing the equipment.

Repair services include :
After receipt of the system James Instruments will evaluate it free of charge to restore it as completely as possible to specifications. This process can take 5 to 15 business days. We will send out a proposal detailing the parts and work that needs to be completed in order to bring the equipment to specification. We cannot quote any repair or calibration service without first reviewing the equipment. Proposal also typically include return shipping via UPS
Most Calibration and Repair services are completed within 5-15 business days from receipt of payment. An Expedited service of 1-5 business days is available for an additional charge (10% of new comparable equipment). Payment for your proposal can be made via credit card at the link below. All repairs are warrantied for a period of 90 days after the repair service.
