Detects flaws and measures basic characteristics in coarse-grained material.

The V-Meter™ is an advanced ultrasonic, pulse-velocity test system widely used for quality control and evaluation of concrete structures. It can identify non-homogeneous conditions such as voids, cracks, honeycombs and frozen concrete. With the optional hand-held terminal, stored data can be down loaded to a PC. Poissons Ratio and Modulus of elasticity can be calculated using S-wave transducers. Conforms to ASTM C-597.
